Our Story

After more than a decade delivering seamless service experiences for some of the world’s biggest names, Bhavini Kharchikar decided it was time to create something personal.

Bhavini spent over 10 years working as a Service Delivery Manager for one of the world’s largest global tech firms, supporting leading brands such as Harvey Nichols, Formula 1, WHSmith, and L’Occitane. Her focus was always on one thing: making life easier for the customer.

Whether it was through technology, support services, or operations, her role was about delivering smooth, stress-free experiences at the highest level.

But after years of working behind the scenes for global companies, Bhavini decided to take that same care and attention to detail into a more personal space, the beauty industry.

 

That’s how House of Kharchier was born.
